2006/3/30: I got the NSC/DAAD scholarship. I will go to Germany as an exchange student at 2006/6/30 and go back at 2006/9/25.

Meng-Hsun Tsai received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 2002 and 2004, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at NCTU. His current research interests include design and analysis of personal communications services networks, mobile computing and performance modeling. He is a student member of IEEE, ACM and IICM.
