I am a PhD student at Instutite of Information Management, National Chiao-Tung University. My Advisor is Prof. Chi-Chun Lo. I am working with Prof. H.T. Kung, a.k.a Mr. Must Work Harder, and Shawn Hsiao for some interesting topics like TCP Trunking and Explicit Delay Notification, named Virtual Buffer before.
